Current- LYNCH | QA EngineerThe Lynch Project focuses on migrating Lynch’s customised SAP ECC sales processes to SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition while developing a strategic replacement for their existing FileMaker application. - Role:• Spearheaded comprehensive documentation efforts, crafting Test Strategy and Test Plan documents to ensure a structured and comprehensive approach to QA.• Managed end-to-end QA activities in a recent project, encompassing test case planning, design, qTest tool management, SIT, and E2E test scripting.• Collaborated closely with business owner SMEs from SAP within each project module. This collaboration led to timely query resolution, QA process optimisation, and effective participation in UAT activities.• Managed all the executions using the QTest management tool.• Successfully managed all facets of QA, documentation, and client communication, serving as the sole contributor, ensuring project success and top-quality standards.- CSR Biztalk | Manufacturing, Distribution, Construction | QA Lead & TesterThe client previously relied on the BizTalk server for critical business integrations, and CSR faced scalability and future compatibility limitations. Recognising these constraints, they migrated to the more modern and robust SAP Integration Suite (SAP IS).- Role:• Spearheaded comprehensive documentation efforts, crafting Test Strategy and Test Plan documents.• Managed end-to-end QA activities, single-handedly encompassing test case planning, design, qTest tool management, SIT, and E2E test scripting.• Successfully managed all facets of QA, documentation, and client communication, serving as the sole contributor, ensuring project success and top-quality standards.• Collaborated closely with business owner SMEs from SAP within each project module.
