S.A.R will save lives and prevent mistakes in providing emergency medical care.I founded SAR after almost 20 years in the field of Emergency medicine as a combat medic in the IDF (Reserve). 250,000 lives are lost every year in the US only (!!!) due to medical errors, making it the third-leading cause of death after heart disease and cancer.
