I am an Executive Vice President in CBRE’s Valuation & Advisory Services practice in Florida. I have been working in real estate finance since 2010 and in CBRE’s Valuation & Advisory Services line of business for the past 10 years. I began my career at CBRE as a valuation associate and currently lead a team specializing in the valuation and consulting on industrial properties throughout the state. My team of industrial specialists has completed nearly 1,500 assignments over the past 3 years. I also specialize in aviation-related commercial properties such as air cargo facilities, airplane hangars, commercial aircraft maintenance repair and overhaul (MROs) and fixed base operators (FBOs). I also have extensive experience in the valuation of residential and commercial land, including highest and best use analyses and feasibility studies. Additionally, I am a part of CBRE’s Fund Valuation Team providing services for institutional owners and investors.
