While working for Osborne’s I have had the opportunity to assist in many projects, including work for the armed forces, GM, and Ford. Providing these organizations with success of transporting equipment on rail. I am the 4th generation at Osbornes transport. Osborne’s beats the competition with experience from shipping 25,000 FEMA trailers to aid the devastating affects of hurricane Katrina, shipping all the AM General HUMVEES to the Middle East during the Iraq war, and much more.

Property acquisition Estimated the costs for a complete home renovation at $425,000, which was successfully completed within budget.Created the realistic schedule of the renovation that was completed on time. Managed relations with sub-contractors, by requesting quotes, vetting companies, quality control, and making on time payments. Completed all property work, with the exception of a few specialized trades.Collaborated with the St. Joe county building department to pull appropriate permits, and verified with county inspectors that the project complied with the 2020 Indiana Residential Building code (2018 IRC)
