Overall responsibility for the running of the store when the manager is not present or available, including promotion of positive customer service and resolution of problems. Of importance in this role I have brought the need for store standards and display principles to increase sales and improve the customer experience. I am also responsible for all aspects of health and safety as well as general managerial duties such as being a keyholder and cash handling / banking proceedures.

My main role in my this position was to lead the sales team in achieving their own targets and those of the store through shop floor management, as well as achieving my own sales targets and KPI's. I was also responsible for dealing with customer complaints, compliance of company procedure, staff training and development, business reviews and business plans for the future.
