As a Relationship Manager at Capital One, I work with small and medium sized businesses in the Boston area to help deliver beneficial financial solutions for their businesses.I come from a supply chain background, where I specifically leaned on relationship building and management as a foundational skill, which I leverage to benefit everyone around me. My supply chain background gives me a unique process driven approach to everything both inside of work and outside of work. As someone who set lofty goals for myself, I hit them by breaking it down into actionable daily processes. This mindset has helped me succeed both personally and professionally, and will continue to benefit me moving forward. This mindset greatly benefited my presidency at Gamecock Hockey. My focus on actionable steps and processes, rather than ideas led to tremendous off ice success (as well as on ice). We successfully stood up an internship program, achieved a 95% sellout rate, and tripled our social media following.Outside of work, I am very interested in health and fitness, and am always looking to improve my skillset- especially with AI.If any of the above interests you- lets connect!
