Working with the application development team at MEMIC to create a chatbot for their website. We are using C# and the Microsoft Bot Framework to create the bot, and an agile workflow implemented through Azure DevOps to manage the project.

I worked at the MEMIC help-desk during the summer of 2019. My team was a small group of specialists who assisted ~450 employees with technical problems, computer setups, and any hardware issues they encountered. I answered calls, solved tickets, and was available for walk-ins during the day.Additionally, I was in charge of the 2019 laptop raffle program, where I cleaned out over 150 old laptops that were unused.
