I'm Owen Jacobs, a recent graduate from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign with a Bachelor of Science in Chemical & Biomolecular Engineering. My educational journey was enriched by participating in the Hoeft Technology & Management program while at UIUC. This program expanded my educational, professional, and social boundaries through diverse coursework, interdisciplinary projects, service and outreach opportunities, and professional networking events. My professional experiences, including internships at Nouryon, Argonne National Laboratory, and Intertek Caleb Brett, have equipped me with a robust understanding of process engineering, laboratory research, and analytical testing.I am passionate about leveraging my skills in scientific communication, problem-solving, and leadership to tackle complex challenges. As I transition into my professional career, I am excited to bring my expertise, adaptability, and insatiable curiosity to the dynamic and innovative Honeywell UOP as I embark on my professional career this fall.
