Digital Marketing Manager
Current• Developing and implementing the digital marketing strategy, acting as the digital champion and leading on digital projects using channels including websites, social media, email marketing, webinars and video.• Managing a portfolio of websites, integrating according to business strategy. Leading development of a new CIEH website as part of a larger Systems Transformation project that included a new CRM (Microsoft Dynamics 365) and finance system, working in partnership with digital agency Trillium.• Managing digital elements of marketing campaigns, maximising conversations on digital channels using analytics, SEO strategies, A/B testing and paid advertising.• Managing a Digital Content Creator to deliver content across digital channels, holding weekly 1:1 meetings, setting objectives, conducting appraisals and maximising development opportunities.
