After supporting Ethero at achieve year on year growth, I am now responsible for the successful operational management of four business units located in Telford, Burton on Trent, Coventry and Stoke on Trent.

Having been a fundamental member of the branch management team and developing Ethero’s Burton on Trent location from start-up, to a branch that now exceeds a sales revenue of £2 million per annum, my natural progression was to embrace a more strategic development role to aid the overall development and market position of the company.As the Ethero brand matures, my primary role will include supporting and mentoring our growing team of Manager’s, Recruitment Consultant’s and operational staff, formulating specific sales and service delivery packages for new and existing clients and the development of our technology based infrastructure.Additionally, with the launch of Ethero’s Managed Service division, I am an integral team member focused on developing clients that require a dedicated and accountable recruitment partner to support with on-site, managed service and bespoke recruitment solutions across a variety of disciplines including warehouse, agricultural, call centre and logistics

After delivering 115% of forecasted targets I was promoted to Regional Sales Manager for the North West and Midlands supporting 14 branches with the identification, introduction and closure of new business within the logistics sector. My success within this role was soon identified and I was given the opportunity to deliver my practices on a national basis enabling me to fuse accounts together and formulate national agreements and delivery structures.

My time with BRS Taskforce gave me the foundations to aspire within the recruitment market sector. The transition from LGV driver through to a managerial status meant I became proficient with all aspects of business management and profit delivery.

LGV Driver covering general haulage duties throughout the UK. Additionally supported the office function with sales and planning. Obtained my CPC for National Road Haulage operations.
