Fresh Tap Market Manager
CurrentHired in 2018 and was promoted in 2022 based on strong performance. Currently work as the Fresh Tap Market Manager (40+ hours per week) while concurrently serving as the Quality Assurance Manager (~5 hours per week). Serve on the company’s Risk Management Committee. Present/report audit findings to senior leadership (e.g., CEO, VP of Sales, etc.). As Fresh Tap Market Manager, direct draft service and cleaning department operations, leading team of 10 direct reports (Draft Techs, various levels); service ~1,000 restaurants & bars within a 5-county territory:•Ensure safety and regulatory compliance (team works with hazardous chemicals), create training presentations (i.e., new hire orientation), and work on routing software (create new routes, etc.).•Recruit/Train/coach/mentor employees. Oversee ongoing projects, including internal audits. •Oversee and maintain a fleet of 8 vehicles. Manage department budget. •Create high-impact training courses, improving safety/compliance. Write Standard Operating Procedures.•Develop market best practices based on Distribution House client processes; improving safety & efficiency.
