A financial services regulatory lawyer specialising in retail banking and consumer finance services as well as payment services and e-money. I advise a variety of clients on a wide range of matters relating to the UK consumer credit, mortgages, payment services and unfair terms regimes including authorisation, financial promotions, product design and origination and product servicing and arrears management. Recent work includes advising on cryptocurrencies, the implementation of PSD2, the impact of e-money regulation on digital wallet providers and assisting a start up with its application for mortgage permissions.
