Major responsibilities:・Coordinate imagery for all sports, tournaments , competitors and make sure they are uploaded to centrally managed databases.・Ensure and enforce quality control checks on all imagery and editorial content. Feedback to internal teams to advise on best practice and maintain a consistent approach across the whole department.・Liaise between Production, Marketing, Commercial teams to ensure all customer touch points are using the official and approved imagery and translations for all required contents (sports).・Help define best editorial text rules such as synopsis and headline text.As well helping the localization team to develop best translations (English to Japanese)・Assist in the planning of long term-schedules and selection of events, working closely with central planning and production・Communicate with local and central rights teams to ensure we have the most up to date and accurate portfolio of content・Attending weekly and monthly planning meetings with local and central teams
