As the Strategy, Fundraising, and Philanthropy Officer, my role encompasses: - Designing, implementing, managing, and reporting on philanthropy programs and projects for the philanthropy arm of the foundation, known as The FATE Giving. Through my efforts, we successfully established and launched the FATE Scholar Program scholarship programme. -Together with the Executive Director, I identify fundraising opportunities, develop proposals and strategies, and ensure the timely submission of proposals and applications. Leveraging my past experiences, I continually strive to enhance proposal quality and success rate. My efforts have led to securing partnerships with Google.org for a $1 million project in Africa in 2022 and the Cherie Blair Foundation through developed proposals.-I also manage existing partners and stakeholders while engaging prospective partners, donors, corporations, and institutions. My focus is on delivering exceptional experiences to all partners and stakeholders, leading to the retention of all partnerships and support since 2021.-My role also involves the effective and efficient management of board-related matters and providing support for strategy design and implementation. I have successfully organized all required board and committee meetings, and the Foundation remains on course with its 5-year strategy plan.-Lastly, I support team members in partner and stakeholder management, engagement, and retention, as well as budget development for programs, proposals, applications, and partners. In 2022, I participated in developing a budget template that the Foundation is adopting for budget preparation, further increasing our efficiency and effectiveness.

Assisted in every duty that my department(Chambers unit) performs which include but not limited- Communication of every House passed resolution during its plenary session to the appropriate quaters, Communication of the House letters to any ministry,parastatal, individuals groups etc, creating and modifying the Clerk at table and communication roster, assisting Honourable Members access information (majorly concerning Chambers unit duties) to effectively carry out their duties and assisting and partaking in various ad hoc committees and committees of the House.
