* Develops and utilizes standard templates to accurately and concisely write requirements specifications* Creates process models, specifications, swimlanes, mappings, process flows, and charts to provide direction to the scrum team* Identifies the business needs and provides solutions or steps to the solutions* Applies various elicitation techniques to understand business requirements – Interviews, Storyboard, Workshops, Survey* Develops and conduct peer reviews of the business requirements to ensure that requirement specifications are correctly interpreted* Leads the collection, documents and management of user needs from prioritization, concept development, and writing user stories and acceptance criteria to support development and deployment* Collaborates closely with the development team, to ensure a thorough understanding of requirements and offer support in overcoming obstacles encountered during the development process* Collaborates with the QA Tester in the performance of quality assurance and user acceptance testing; validation of final data; and managed expectations and approvals with business unit leaders* Leads stakeholder presentations on project status and system demos* Develops user training manuals and presentations, delivered both virtual and in-person live and recorded training to relevant users* Facilitates various scrum events such as Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Retrospective, Sprint Review, Daily Stand-up* Develops reports that summarizes key metrics, and project status, while improving effectiveness, increasing transparency, and fostering a culture of delivery and continuous learning* Works collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, Product Owner and the development team during the development lifecycle to ensure project objectives are met
