Forecasting- Build detailed monthly and yearly forecasts.- Monitor actual revenue against forecasted figures, making strategic decisions based on results.Budgeting- Develop the annual budget for Verifone Israel and Portugal, along with the CFO.- Budget revenue, expenses, COGS, and OPEX.- Conduct meetings with division heads to negotiate and set division KPIs.Corporate Reporting- Report to the corporate office in the US, providing updates on:Country forecast and COGS; Headcount and inventory status (including sales and storage updates); Risks and new business opportunities; Monthly terminal and customer metrics; Updated OPEX; Air shipping details for terminals to the country.
