As Export Director, I am responsible for the commercial development of non-subsidiary markets through global distributors and retailers. This involves building a strategy to optimize our product categories and retail channels and structuring our new markets entry system to enhance global results.

The Head of International Commercial Projects devises and implements strategic commercial projects, which deliver contribution to total Flokk International sales in key segments. To deliver these projects, the Head of International Commercial Projects will utilize the internal Flokk matrix as well as global commercial partners. I managed and was responsible for B2B services and accounts in the digital division. I also represented our company at industry events.

As a member of Workiva's European operations I strive to ensure my customers' success by acting as an extension of their reporting team. In the time I have spent at Workiva I have developed a thorough knowledge of reporting systems and conventions used throughout the world. This includes Management and Annual Reporting, Interim Reporting and CSR Reporting Compliance reporting systems such as XBRL (Extensive Business Reporting Language) and SOX Reporting are also fundamental elements of my work at the company.

In my traineeship at the PCF I assisted my department in communicating the work of the fund to internal and external sources, including the board of directors. I created an extensive future funding plan related to 'Crowd Funding', and wrote an, ultimately successful, CSR pitch to a major corporate client. I also helped compile information for the annual report.
