- Consulting and assisting the candidates in the immigration process, tax assessment, health insurance, making presentations about work and immigration abroad for the candidates; - administration of the whole migration process, collecting all the required documents, thoroughly verification of the documents, checking the accuracy of the filled-in applications, legal translation of the documents into English; - organization of the visit to the Embassy and Migration Office, communicating with the Embassy and Migration Office staff about the decision on the visa;- monitoring of the immigration law changes, informing the candidates about it, providing the necessary information on possible concerns; - creation of the information and marketing material about work and life abroad; - organization of the candidate’s departure, booking and buying tickets, making orientational materials and check-lists;- providing all kinds of assistance after the clients’ departure, keeping in touch with the clients, finding solutions for all kinds of problems during the entire period of the clients’ stay abroad;- searching for the employers on recruiting portals of Poland, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, calling to potential employers with the cooperation offer, holding business correspondence in English;- administration of the group of couriers, organization and control of the couriers’ work at the embassies in Warsaw, Moscow, Kyiv, Minsk;
