The Process of doing Loan Setup(Kickoff) by using Resware and Netro Online applications.Roles and Responsibilities of Loan Setup (Kickoff)1) Creating the new file in the system and validating the documents received for ordering the title.2) Verifying the Contract/ Purchase agreement and other supporting documents required for the file.3) Acquiring documents from prior files and third party website (Netro-online)4) Updating the accurate information to the system based on the data available on Contract and supporting documents.5) Preparing the Partner Cards for Buyer, Seller and their Agents.6) Coordinate with internal and external clients and provide assistance through email and resolve all the queries to related to process.7) In Kickoff Process we are working 4 types files: Acquisition file, Resale file and LWOD, BWOD files.8) In Kickoff Process also we are working two types Orders: 1) Sou files 2) Manual files.9) In Sou files we used work Different types of State files TX,MN,CO,VA,CA,FL,OH,AZ and MI State.10) In Manual Files we used work GA, SC AND NC State Files.

This job involves boarding all the information related to the Mortgagor and Co-mortgagor where we used to update 4 screens which includes 25 fields. Mainly used to update TAX screen which includes tax information, HAZ1 screen which includes hazard, flood, wind, earthquake insurance information, MIP which includes mortgage payment information, PJS1 which includes projections, FLOOD screen which includes flood determination document information etc..2) Set up loans by using tax certificate, hazard, flood, wind certificate, MI certificate, IEAS document, note document, mortgage document, HUD, Appraisal, and many other documents.3) We receive the orders through E-mail and it will be updated in Excel sheet.4) We have to login to the client desktop and have to open all the mentioned documents with the help of loan numbers by using FileonQ application.5) As we are dealing with the servicing part we need to update correct due dates and amounts that they need to pay for the next due.6) After completing an order we need to update the status of the particular loan.
