Retired law enforcement officer of 20 years. Retired in July 2016. Worked for ACT Lab LLC, an ISO 17025 accredited testing lab that performs government compliance testing specializing in sporting good equipment for customers all over the world. As Law Enforcement, I was Elected and served for approx 13 years for the labor union executive board representing 220 employees. We directly managed their health care benefits and services, contract labor negotiations, discipline issues and government compliance for our non profit association and Held positions on the executive board as Member at large, Treasurer and PresidentI was the Safety Director and Dually the Asst. Director of ASEA Operations at ACT Lab LLC. I frequently traveled to China, Taiwan, Vietnam, Europe and our headquarters in USA where we maintain testing labs in those locations. I traveled approximately 6 months a year ensuring all safety and operations at all locations, equipment, fixtures, customer and employee needs are met. Communication, people management are key while understanding cultural differences was an enjoyable challenge, but remains a strength. Maintaining a structured and organized technological computer and data collection system has been an accomplishment and focus aiding in success.
