• Responsible for a variety of US Foods” Exclusive” and Manufactured Brand food (dry, frozen, and cooler) and beverages for both Atlanta and Albuquerque.• Analyzes quotations received, select suppliers, and schedule delivery of products and materials, as well as prepare and follow-up orders while maintaining adequate supply meeting and exceeding key service levels indicators with a monthly cost of approximately 3.5M.• Evaluate and adjust system forecasts utilizing AWR based on daily review of product movement including seasonality, market trends, and probability of anticipated sales.• Implementing alternative recovery plans to overcome supply / demand issues• Supplying critical information throughout entire scheduling / expediting process• Collaborate with Category Management on developing inventory portfolio to launch new or improved product based on promotional initiatives.• Reduce DIOH $3M by identifying slow moving and or obsolete reserved inventory and eliminating overstock of products through the use of sister divisions and rebalancing and re-distribution projects. • Establish vendor relationships while supporting vendor management to obtain pricing and quotes that would in line with budgetary purposes.
