In my new role, I'll be managing a team of recruiters with our core focus on Consigli’s operational departments - Project Management, Field Operations, Project Services Group, and Estimating/Preconstruction. I will be responsible for managing, planning, forecasting, and leading recruitment efforts while making sure the team focuses on our highest priority roles for every region (MA, ME, CT, NY, DC, NC and USVI). On top of that, I will be supporting each team member individually with training and career development.
