I work for Conexus Inc, a Utah based company that developed a software for the purpose of asset tracking in military and commercial hospitals. I'm a contractor for the Military, my position is the AMC (Air Mobility Command) specialist. My responsibilities include maintaining and updating their database as well as monitoring the activities of medical equipment and its transport between military bases and hospitals. Occasionally I do travel to military bases to install active Wi-Fi and or bar coded passive and active RFID and RTLS tags on medical and IT equipment, importing the data into databases.

Currently unemployed and seeking employment in the computer network tech support field.

Working with SOS Staffing, my responsibilities encompassed the entire technical aspect of our corporate and satellite offices. From employee setup to archiving, I was responsible for technical support for email communications, telecom/fax, VPN setup and connectivity, as well as planned and rolled out software, service pack, and hardware updates enterprise wide. As a part of my extended responsibility, I was tasked with maintaining our internal knowledge base articles using HTML. I would assist associates in the field and the home office with troubleshooting their computers, printers, and networks and repair them when needed. I would install new network lines in offices and setup new networks.

Tech support for email client software that is installed on Exchange and Domino serves for users with PDA's and handheld mobile devices in order for them to be able to communicate with their company's email server.

Worked as a customer representative placing orders for bank checks for customers and banks. Did a network internship with the Harland Networking department.
