I am a Business Analyst with a background in Client Support and Hospitality. My main skills are problem resolution within software solutions, product implementation, dealing directly with clients and much more. I am an invested, hands-on and forward thinking person.About myself:I was born and raised in Angola, I have both Portuguese and Angolan nationalities. I moved to Portugal for university and did two bachelor degrees.I think of myself as driven person with great capacity to work under pressure and create personal connections with people. I believe I will be asset when it comes to problem resolution, critical thinking and dealing directly with people.Study and Work experience:I have bachelor's degree in Business Administration and another one in Hotel Management, both them done at Universidade Europeia.I have also done a bootcamp at IronHack in Data Analytics where I was able to learn how to code in python, MySQL and better understand the Data space in tech.My first job experience was as a front office associate at a Marriott Hotel in London, I eventually become one of the hotel’s Duty Managers after being there for one year, I maintained that position for another year until I decided to leave to explore a new career path.My second professional experience was as a Systems Analyst at BNP Paribas in Lisbon, there I worked with tools such as SAP Fi / MM, SAP Concur and Business Objects.I’m currently working as a Business Analyst at BNP Paribas where I am part of the SAP Concur team. We are the owners of the tool within the BNP Paribas universe, where we provide second level support to clients as well as the implementation of new functionalities to existing entities or onboard new entities to the tool with full implementations from scratch.
