While working for Flight West Airlines, I was employed in a duel position that saw me overseeing both revenue management and load control. I provided leadership to a team of 6 to deliver effective revenue management strategies across 34 + ports within QLD, Norfolk Island and NT, and coordinated load control of Flight West Fleet for both Domestic and International. This included overseeing the loading of aircraft, ensuring loads were distributed within the acceptable weight and balance limits to maintain safe and efficient flights and performing seat editing to control seating for weight and balance and the accommodation of special needs passengers, unaccompanied minors and group bookings. Additionally, I oversaw schedule changes for the entire network, including cancellations and new flights to updated destinations, liaising with multiple departments to deliver effective disruption recovery strategies.
