• Process Development and Validation of product transfer and material change projects.• Characterization and qualification of pouch manufacturing process as part of CIPs• Provide Technical support to web converting machines such as Delta and MultiVac.

• Coordinate with suppliers the manufacture, repair and implementation of new molds.• Management, analysis, and implementation of a standardized platform to manage and track molds at a Multi-plant level between Mexico’s Facilities.

Responsible for execution of projects plan to improve process performance.•Develop and execution of process and software validations (IQ, , OQ, PQ).•Coordinate, document and release of project and process engineering changes per Bard change process system.•Develop of manufacturing process documentation such as PFMEA, MP, SOP, product specification and final layouts.•Contact with suppliers and vendors for quotation and follow ups of new materials, software and hardware according to project requirements.•Provide technical support to manufacturing area in end of line inspection systems and label vision systems.•Perform machine setups and system troubleshooting.•Assist automation project’s and activities to modify assembly machine parameters (PLC, sensors)• Cognex Vision systems monitoring and configuration.
