As a Chief Technology Strategist for Partners, I own the partners’ business solution portfolio & its success on the Microsoft cloud. I drive partners’ business growth and consumption and I'm responsible for influencing their strategic technology direction, while addressing the competition.With over 20 years of experience in the technology industry, I align our partners' technology roadmaps with Microsoft's technology priorities. My role involves building new practices and solutions, and sharing a compelling technical vision, to drive significant growth in both partner and Microsoft revenues across North America, Canada, and Latin America.I have lead national teams of Cloud Solution Architects across Security, Modern Work and Business Applications, helping partners get the most out of their technology investments in Microsoft. I have a proven track record of accelerating partners' business transformation, delivering profitability, efficiency, and scale across Microsoft's cloud services. I have also received multiple awards for my technical leadership, enablement, and learning. I am passionate about fostering diversity and inclusion in the workplace, and I have been actively involved in awareness campaigns and employee resource groups. I am also a black belt and coach in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, which has taught me the virtues of vulnerability, openness, and continuous improvement.
