About Patrick Winters

Pat is the founder and owner of Next Apex, and brings over 15 years’ experience in consulting and the public sector in Australia and the UK focused on project and program advisory, delivery and assurance.He has both personally delivered, and has led small to large teams through, highly complex digital transformation, ICT infrastructure and applications, operational capability and public sector projects and programs. As far back as 2005, Pat has worked with public sector organisations, providing advisory, delivery and assurance services across corporate, policy, operational, and project and program delivery domains.
