CurrentHandle all IT tickets in ConnectWise for issues with Financial Institution Interface Setups and all Internal IT tickets with in-house CRM interface issues.Perform daily data-pull IT request and fix in-house CRM issues using SQL in SSMS.Setup interfaces for Financial Institutions and organize meetings to integrate new interfaces.Maintain Salesforce user setups, interface, field management, flow setups, permissions, reporting, and other Salesforce Administrative duties.Assist with new Salesforce project solution setups and perform testing/troubleshooting.
