In this industry, most of the clients are at a mature working age or elderly therefore, a better posture, painless body, better balance, more flexibility and body mobility are common aims among the customers. Some of them would have gone through surgery like total hip replacements or ACL surgery and on the other hand, others would come with the diagnostic of frozen shoulder, bursitis, anterior knee pain syndrome, etc. Consequently, through the Pilates technique, we could manage to eventually lead our customers to a better quality of life.
