The Clinical Quality Officer provides critical perspectives in an accessible way for non-clinical team members to ensure medical quality and privacy are included in all Telemedicine strategies. The Clinical Quality Officer defines quality metrics which set the bar required for successful implementation of strategies and identifies barriers to the same. They will provide analyses and presentation from a clinical lens of the effectiveness of Telemedicine services. This will lead to the delivery of quality results which continually drive forward standards and services of patient care through successive iterations.

Seguiment de la situació epidemiológica a l'ámbit de la regió sanitaria Barcelona Sud.Assessorament i coordinació amb altres professionals de la xarxa de vigilància epidemiológica, assistencial i salut pública.Estudi de brots a l'ámbit comunitari, sanitari, socio-sanitari, educatiu i laboral i actuació en resposta als mateixos.

Coordinación Médica de la respuesta de emergencia basada en cuatro ejes principales:- Asesoría a las autoridades civiles y sanitarias y otras instituciones coordinando la respuesta en España, Portugal y Latinoamérica.- Apoyo a hospitales y otras estructuras sanitarias tanto en cuanto a la expansión de su capacidad -instalación de extensiones anexas o expansión intra-muros- como en la implementación de protocolos, formaciones y otras medidas para el control y la prevención de la infección.- Mayores: colaboración en las plataformas que intervienen en residencias geriátricas y otros centros socio-sanitarios, asesoramiento en la implementación de planes de contingencia y protocolos de prevención y control de la infección, formación a los profesionales, acompañamiento psicosocial para personal y residentes, abogacía por la implementación de todas estas medidas a gran escala así como de medidas y circuitos que garanticen a su vez el respeto a la dignidad de las personas, un manejo médico adecuado y el acompañamiento en fin de vida cuando sea el caso.- Desarrollo, implementación y gestión de una plataforma web (https://www.msfcovid19.org) a través de la cual ofrecer apoyo a los profesionales participando en la respuesta, sea a través de material específico disponible (desarrollado ad-hoc), a la organización de webinarios o la gestión de un foro a través del cual aclarar dudas o intercambiar experiencias.

TEMBO is an innovation programme aiming at developing a personal digital learning environment. After 2 years of development it is ready for its deployment in the different MSF missions and offices around the world.As Project Manager for Field Deployment and Adoption I was in charge of:- Development and implementation of the theoretical frame and its associated tools.- Designing the different strategies and methodologies for deployment and adoption at the different levels of the organisation (facilitation of workshops at HQ and other offices, facilitation of sessions of introduction to TEMBO, facilitation of co-creation workshops with key stakeholders, etc).- Building-up the 2 deployment and adoption teams (recruitment, training, coordination, etc).- Development and implementation of the monitoring and evaluation system.- Coordination of the deployment.

Ensure the quality, planning, and adjustment of emergency interventions from a medical perspective, through technical support, advice and monitoring, all in alignment with the Medical Dept policies and standards.- Provision of strategic and technical support to field teams.- Supervision and support on the implementation of policies and plans.- Ensuring appropriate procurement, monitoring and management of medical supplies. - Follow-up projects/interventions and support in reporting.- Participation in HR processes and training.- General overview of the Emergency Unit activities from a medical perspective.- Representation, liaison and coordination with other MSF sections and/or with other actors.

Medical Coordination of the North Kivu mission:- Mweso project (300-350 beds secondary hospital) + 4 Health Centres + emergency response in catchment area.- Walikale project (partial support of hospital for paediatrics and nutrition) + 3 Health Centres + Malaria mobile clinics.- North Kivu Emergency Response Unit: internal emergency response team monitoring and respondins to emergencies in the province.- Goma cholera project: 1 CTC + other 3 stand-by CTCs to follow-up epidemic trends and respond if thresholds reached.
