Provided an insights-led approach to analyze, manage, and forecast talent flow to meet Accenture's changing business dynamics. Supported the business to make-effective supply/demand balancing and affordable talent planning decisions by inter-connecting talent metrics.Our team was expert in supply and demand and enabled different stakeholders in the HR world and the business to make fact-based decisions. We were highly data fluent and delivered relevant talent insights around areas of opportunity and risk related to our people, their skills, and our clients demand.

Acted as responsible of develop and measure Noventiq's marketing programs to support business growth objectives, and ensure the efficient execution of marketing resources in Argentina, Chile, and Peru. Provided the relational marketing strategies, events and activities to promote the acceleration of opportunities within the different business units. Focused on direct cooperation with strategic business partners, to create and execute marketing plans that generate greater coverage of new customers, and consolidate the loyalty and engament of Noventiq's current clients.

Managed Noventiq’s Microsoft Dynamics Client Relationship Management for LATAM. Acted as responsible of processing and assigning all our clients requests for products and solutions from the Noventiq catalog (software, hardware, services, cloud and mobility). Provided support and visibility of the impact and commercial results generated through the digital campaigns executed.

Coordinated environmental creative reuse workshops for the AcercArte Festival, organized by the Government of the City of Buenos Aires, in different citys of the Province. Produced creative spaces and activities. Trained and supervised our workshops and working groups of facilitators and Teaching Artists.

Coordinated and developed the “Arte en la Calle” program. Produced, collaborated and supervised multidisciplinary activities, events and festivals of international recognition, such as “Por el medio de la calle” and the Chacao Reading Festival. Planned and programmed the cultural agenda of the Municipality of Chacao. Acted as responsible for the restoration, maintenance and installation of works of art in the public spaces of the municipality.

Assisted in programming and coordination of political training workshops for different stakeholders with the main academics and specialists in economics, political science, law, and international relations from Venezuela.

Organized events and corporate volunteering activities, through the “Give a day. DVC Volunteer Network ” and acted as supervisor jointly with various Social Development Organizations, of social projects aimed at meeting the needs of the most vulnerable communities.
