I’m a first generation college student studying Finance and Economics at DePaul University. As the son of Mexican Immigrants, it has always been my goal to make the most of the opportunity I was given and give back to my community. My journey in Finance is deeply rooted in my commitment to give back. Witnessing my parents' relentless efforts to provide me with a better future has fueled my passion to make a positive impact. By studying Finance, I aim to acquire the skills and knowledge needed to empower individuals in underserved communities, helping them navigate the financial landscape and achieve their aspirations.Throughout my academic journey, I have embraced the challenges and opportunities that come with being a trailblazer in my family. My coursework in Finance has equipped me with a solid understanding of financial markets, risk management, and investment strategies. Simultaneously, my exploration of Computer Science and Economics has honed my analytical and problem-solving skills, providing me with a unique blend of expertise that I am eager to apply in the dynamic intersection of finance and technology.In my free time I immerse myself in the world of soccer, passionately following FC Barcelona. I also enjoy following the Formula 1 circuit and the Mercedes-AMG Petronas Team, as well as building Legos, listening to Alt Rock, and spending time with my family.
