The area included the entire organization, the 22 airports where the Company operates within the country.Main responsibilities:- Definition of a bi-annual audit cycle, focused risk assessment;- Multidisciplinary Audit team coordination and direction in order to comply audits executions in Ezeiza, Aeroparque and the rest of the country scales;- Survey, analysis and optimization of processes, identification of risks, proposal of recommendations and follow-up of corrective measures.- Collaboration with the rest of the Managers, to advise on the improvement of the processes, contributing the risk approachAs Internal Audit Manager of Intercargo, I have continued to strengthen and manage my leadership skills, consolidating these aspects with the general objectives of the Organization. In addition, I have managed to transfer to this public company, skills obtained in the private sphere, as well as capitalize new concepts of the public sector.Main achievements:- Transformation of the Internal Audit direction in a functional area to the organization, with focus on processes and continuous improvement;- Certification of ISO 9000 (Referential 13), converting Interargo in one of the first public companies in being certified;- Area reorganization based on resources expertise;- Reduction of historic audit the issues in more than 70%, promoting a joint work with the areas that allowed to redefine, update and remedy the weaknesses detected;- Consolidation of an internal control environment aligned to the main public companies security requirements.
