With more than a decade dedicated to architecture. I focus on the management of housing and urban processes. In my research at CONICET, I apply an interdisciplinary approach to address urban extension and densification and develop/study quality urban spaces that promote better livability, or "urbanity". Our work at CONICET is aligned with clear objectives and goals, offering advice based on quantitative/qualitative research. With focuses on three main domains:- MANAGEMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN PROCESSES: logics of construction of housing, real estate, urban transformations: urban extension, and densification. - URBANITY AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT: with analysis of urban form and relation with quality of urban space- RELATIONS AND RESULTS: research and advisory lined to goals and indicatorsI accompany different work processes and customers with diverse skills, and methodologies for satisfaction and goals.
