Discovering my natural abilities for Project Management encouraged me to take a Project Management Certificate at CSU and later an international certification by the Project Management Institute.I have taught General Physics courses and Nuclear Instrumentation in Buenos Aires University and San Martin University (Argentina). My students have always ranked me as one of the most innovative and involved teacher they ever had. Perhaps my 7-yr volunteer experience in outreach activities shaped my teaching style.My job has taken me to visit many countries. I am a member of the Energy Services Team at Fort Collins Utilities. I work on Demand Side Management, being in charge of the Peak Partners Program, which currently has approximately 4000 participants. The Peak Partners program is a portfolio of responsive resources, namely grid-connected electric water heaters (via cellular networks) and grid-connected.
As a member of the Auger Fluorescence Detector Absolute Calibration team I have worked with photosensors, UV lasers, etc. I have managed a team tasked with creating a database with the calibrations constants. I have performed QC and generated control chart plots for this database.I have facilitated the commissioning of a production line in Argentina.
While at the Atomic Energy Commission (in Argentina) I gained extensive experience with nuclear instrumentation and nuclear physics detectors. I designed a low background irradiation chamber used in multi-elemental analysis of trace level samples by PIXE

During my visit at the Nova Gorica Polytechnic (Slovenia) I contributed towards the development of a LIDAR system. My main tasks were to be in charge of the data acquisition electronics, optics and data analysis.My experience there was later applied in the development and use of a LIDAR system in 2005 at Southeast Colorado for an atmospheric monitoring.
While at Stockholm University I performed R&D on optimization of photosensors sensitivity by using wavelenght-shifter materials. These materials absorbe UV light and re-emit it in the visible spectrum by fluorescence decay. This research was optimized for the IceCube experiment, by matching the wavelenght dependence of the incoming light to the photosensor.
