I'm professor at Federal University of Ceará in the last 8 years. My current research interests focus on the topics: combinatorial optimization, (meta)heuristics, algorithms in graphs and machine learning. In addition, I work also directly with the funding institutions through the research, development and innovation lab at NEMO. Among the current projects developed, I highlight: detection of anomalies and frauds in the basic sanitation system of the Companhia de Água e Esgoto do Estado do Ceará (CAGECE), development and design of a dvertising platform based on information technologies for FUNCAP and developing an mobile application for Public Defender's Office of Limoeiro do Norte City.
