Member of the Senior Executive Committee in 6 countries.Managing a multifunctional team of experts on strategy, law, technology, economics and engineering, I determine and monitor annual objectives, conducts salary reviews with each Team member and engender loyalty, commitment and a remarkably low attrition rate while embedding the principles of diversity and inclusion. Member of the Crisis Management Team.Other responsibilities and achievements:⎯ Acting as legal representative, industry watchdog, Subject Matter Expert, planner and innovator, advising and recommending on strategic matters to the Group’s main decision-making body on all aspects of the regulatory framework and its influence across divisions, geographies and business units.⎯ Liaising with the National Regulatory Authorities and the European Commission during design and implementation of new regulatory and strategic projects.⎯ Guiding and directing all regulatory and compliance activities and processes i.e., external audits, mergers, data breaches, data retention, payment service directives, Ukraine issues, etc.⎯ Harnessing and controlling resources via cost saving initiatives, profitable partnerships and beneficial negotiations with competitors on interconnection opportunities.⎯ Collaborating with the European Commission (EC) and the National Regulatory Authorities (NRAs) to ensure comprehensive implementation of the current regulations, with minimum effect on market and profitability.⎯ Engaging with the above regulatory bodies on request, providing advice on practical impacts of current and future regulations for electronic communications.⎯ Obtaining a reimbursement of 6% of Colt Spain revenues in 2022 after discerning a right of tax issue, thereby winning the Colt Employee of the Year Award plus the Change Maker Employee.
