- Responsible for identifying, updating and reviewing the training plans of our staff at headquarters, delegations and missions (Peru, Venezuela, Occupied Palestinian Territories, Mali, Niger, Senegal, Mauritania, Sudan, Gambia and Turkey) as well as individual monitoring of our departments. - Systematisation of training, coordinating all the elements that help to measure its impact: satisfaction, learning and knowledge transfer. - Management and coordination of training sessions both at Headquarters and in the field, both online and in person; communication with students, trainers, enrolment management, logistics, satisfaction surveys (implementation and dissemination of results), data collection and monitoring of the evaluation of the impact of the courses. - Management of training briefings for expatriates working for our missions. - Management of the organisation and logistics of training workshops at headquarters for employees of the different ACH Spain Bases and Headquarters. - Responsible for the Mentoring programme within the organisation.
