I guide our customers using TrendMiner to leverage their manufacturing process, via data analysis.Basically, I help process engineers in Chemical, O&G, F&B, Energy and Pharma industries to solve their day-to-day problems, regarding process performance. These are the 3 different ways I contribute to their success:-Leading general or specific trainings sessions to take advantage of TrendMiner and optimize their process.-Having 1 to 1 sessions to solve specific Use Cases or issues found in their process.-Providing continuous support to our users, when functional questions and needs come up.

After the success of my waste analysis project in 2021, my thorough knowledge of the process and the recent implementation of the software TrendMiner in the factory, I was selected as the ideal user to take advantage of this data analysis tool in our infant cereal production department. With the aim of solving the most critical and crucial problems in the manufacturing process, I first deeply learnt what the TrendMiner capabilities are, through multiple courses available in their platform. Some weeks and investigations later, I was ready to leverage our process. TrendMiner provided me with the most required functionalities by a process engineer, that along with my expertise, made possible these achievements:-Identification of the root cause of recurrent shutdowns in a new pasteurization unit.-Reporting, analysis and comparison of the main KPI's of different batches, drawing conclusions about the most problematic products.-Enable real time monitors based on the conclusions determined, triggering preventive maintenance actions, throughput increase and reduced downtimes.-Creation of multiple dashboards to follow up the plant performance at a glance, used in shift handovers, meetings and day-to-day control.To wrap up, I analyzed with TrendMiner all the issues that came up, exporting reports for the control team and adding remarks and proposals to prevent them from happening in the future.

My internship at Nestlé was my first experience in the industry world. Thus, my first step was getting to know how an infant cereal factory works. One month and many questions later, I used my knowledge to identify the most important waste sources in the factory, which would become into my main task during the internship:"Elaborate a DMAIC to identify, measure, analyze, improve and control the waste sources"The usage of tools like SAP, Excel and TrendMiner were key during the project, making it possible to get closer than ever to the root cause and the perfect follow up of the waste produced.
