He also serves as an executive coach to senior executives of MNCs in the region.Peter brings with him significant experience and astute industry knowledge. He has amassed over 30 years of enriching work experiences that range from research, sales, marketing, general management and OD consulting and practices. He has developed countless OD solutions and facilitation in areas such as Strategic Thinking, Leadership Development, Executive Coaching, Effective Working Relationships, Service Excellence and Core Values Articulation, Realisation and Sustenance.Peter has a track record of spearheading large OD interventions. His most recent OD works include two major core values interventions and a management development milestone journey. The former, devised to align organisational core values with brand attributes, aimed to enable employees to live out service excellence while the latter was a yearlong management development milestone journey for an MNC, which saw line managers going through a programme that included leadership development and strategic thinking skills. His OD works have benefited diverse industries across the face of Asia.Peter is the author of REAL SERVICE, and co-author of Real Leaders and The Language of Organisation Development.
