In addition to my duties before, I manage 4 great peoples of logistic : two forklift operators/ order pickers, one logistic assistant and one project manager. We work together to increase the competivity of the warehouse.

We are 200 000 peoples in the world.For 40 peoples of production and 30 machines, I plan manufacturing orders in 3-shift operation. Every week, I load 200 manufacturing orders from SAP.I have the responsibility of the Master Production Schedule (PDP). I work with SAP on the Material Requirement Planning to order raw materials on time. I participate in the Capacity Requirement Planning to decide which ressources we need SAP/ EXCEL.I plan for two activities : turning machines and assembling machines. I did it to ship on time in full, to reduce change of die and to increase the productivity.But I have others mains motivations because :- I contribuate to reduce stocks with my work of planner.- I manage stocks inventories with the team logistic.- I help peoples of warehouse and of production in some problems which they have (manufacturing orders, computers, softwares, SAP)- I manage projets and PDCA to optimize the workshop.- I measure the goal with some KPI.- I made Tools with Excel and Visual Basics.
