• Train employees and help them come up the learning curve by training them on process and helping the New Hires understand the Synchrony Values and culture and various development trainings across synchrony through class room trainings and also WebEx• Coaching, Mentoring, motivating trainees and focus group employees and audit their files and publish audit reports for the existing employees. Manage and coach as a temporary manager for the new hires till they get assigned under an FLM• Help the new hires understand Synchrony culture, corrective action guidelines, disclosure matrix, laws and regulations applicable as per their role as Trainers are the face of organization to the new hires and support hiring as a process expert• Content development projects to enhance their learning experience and helping them deliver 100% yield through this approach using Microsoft power point tools and building content• Facilitating various upskill, cross skill and Roll outs according to the need and process updates• Training existing employees according to their areas of improvement. Maintaining track record of their performance and coach or provide refreshers according to their performance level• Being a process expert, training employees on various new applications and application updates• Publishing PKT’s and Huddle documents in GamEffective application by creating quizzes and publishing result reports through Microsoft Excel and send reports and Huddles through outlook• Acting as a bridge between agents, stake holders and FLM’s.
