PA to the Head of Service Management (APAC, Middle East and Africa):- Responsible & Oversee Manager’s Calendar / Booking of flights / hotel / Visa arrangements / Medical & Expense claims (Manager leads the Vodafone Global Enterprise’s Customer Presales and Service organization across APAC, Middle and Africa)- Maintain Organization chart - Setting up of meetings / Video & Audio Conference- Assist with logistic arrangements for Senior Leadership visits to Singapore Team Support:- Maintain Bio slide deck (for both Service Management & Presales teams)- Smart tool (Planview) tracking of timesheets / approvals- Coordination of meetings- Ensure Distribution Lists are up to date - New Joiner Induction Tool Support:- Work with Planview team in UK for creation of new user IDs / Removals of users- Handle communication on the use of Planview tool- Facilitate trainings- Ensure a 100% monthly completeness for APAC, Middle East and Africa People Champion Role:- Employee engagement is a key driver of Vodafone within Asia pacific. My role as PC not only impacts my direct team but also the region as a whole. In the 2 years that this programme has been running, our engagement index has moved from 82% to 86%- As part of my responsibilities I Collaborate with the Singapore Employee Engagement team to ensure participation in cross functional activities and also I work with Line Managers and Managers from across other functions on one of the focus areas Continuous Development & Team Awarenes”Ad-Hoc Admin Assistance :•Cross functional collaboration (Marketing / Operations)
