- Ensure the organizational and professional standards of the San Francisco Giants and San Diego Padres Youth Camps through managing camp Directors and Coaches - Oversee the procurement and shipping processes for a + $500,000 budget - Coordinate weekly professional player appearances for San Diego Padres & San Francisco Giants camps - Coordinate with Front Office representatives regarding player personnel visits, promotional giveaways, and other logistics involving the Major League clubs - Assist in Digital and Email Marketing campaigns, reaching over 1 million unique users - Manage logistics of weekly camper field trip to Oracle Park in San Francisco (250+ campers per visit) - Serve as a primary point of contact with facility partners including local governments, educational institutions, and public parks and recreation departments

- Manage the operational aspects of a summer program with over 2,400 children, ensuring camp protocols and safety measures are executed with the highest regard- Represent the San Francisco Giants brand to thousands of parents and camp families- Serve as a primary liaison with camp partners, consisting of vendors, independent schools, local municipalities, and other institutions - Liaise with various San Francisco Giants front office personnel to ensure proper execution of events and programs - Execute the daily social media and advertising strategy to forge connection with current customers and drive sales of the program to prospective customers - Develop and implement a new quality assurance standard operating procedure for inventory and warehouse operations. - Oversee weekly offsite charter bus trip to AT&T Park for camper “Ballpark experience”

- Execute marketing plans, scripts and sponsored activations for NCAA Division 1 sports- Use Advertising, Digital Marketing and Social Networking to increase fan awareness and ensure the professional use of trademark licensing/ execute engaging and satisfactory events for all fans through community outreach initiatives, fundraising events and in-game execution- Deliver excellent client service throughout games by serving as a resource to partners and fans

- Recipient of the “Employee of the Year Award” for 2017-2018 - Provide first-class customer service to various customers and vendors to meet and exceed all needs and expectations
