• Lead as manager of administrative functions in multiple human resources areas, building and maintaining relationships and providing strong customer service through adaptability and extensive interpersonal communication• Drive employee process and workflow with strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously, and success in managing evolving technical processes and business procedures • Manage Payroll through systems such as Timepilot and Time Clock Wizard; preparing payroll summaries for data entry and preparing updates, corrections, rate increases, final pay checks, deductions and stipends• Support Employee Relations responsibilities through termination processing and completing and responding appropriately to unemployment claim requests from state agencies• Enhance Talent Acquisition and Onboarding processes with full-cycle recruitment logistics support including writing job descriptions, sourcing and screening to identify top candidates, conducting phone interviews and reference checks, and drafting offer letters• Expediate time-to-fill process through conducting timely employee verifications and background checks• Boost Benefits and Leave Management initiatives by managing logistics for enrollment, PTO tracking and accruals, and administration of benefits plans, assisting employees with questions and concerns• Champion office logistics and business administration through responsibility of all processes related to expense reports, cash management and office maintenance and coordination with appropriate vendors and contractors• Manage plant and headquarters office supply budget of $1500 per month while also managing travel booking, scheduling, and organization for billing and reimbursements.
