Small business operator specializing in old fashioned customer service. We build each product to order, making it a personal experience for the buyer. We still live by the age old business model, "the customer is always right". My duties include all financial aspects, customer order and order fulfillment, packaging and shipping. I also work the finishing and detail room, resulting in strict quality control. Although I look forward to the day when the business grows and finds need for employees, currently run by only DragonOak and myself, I currently enjoy the freedom of being able to set my own hours. Because we are small, we can focus on the details, create new products, and work on multiple tasks. However, we are not making big bucks and I would like to see the income derived from our investment of time in the near future.
