CurrentI am the functional System Administrator for the Virginia State Corporation Commission's HR and Finanical Oracle eBusiness Suite system. I provide day-to-day support, troubleshoot workflow issues, data and functional errors, coordinate the implementation of quarterly Critical Patch Updates, and perform routine System Administrator maintenance tasks. I gather requirements for the enhancements… Show more I am the functional System Administrator for the Virginia State Corporation Commission's HR and Finanical Oracle eBusiness Suite system. I provide day-to-day support, troubleshoot workflow issues, data and functional errors, coordinate the implementation of quarterly Critical Patch Updates, and perform routine System Administrator maintenance tasks. I work closely with our developer to implement new processes and enhancements to existing processes. I gather requirements for the enhancements and document the process changes. The modules I support are GL, HRSS, HR Core, iRecruitment, Projects, Internet Expenses, AP, Time and Labor, Purchasing, iProcurement, Contract Workbench and iSupplier Portable for viewing Purchase Order Revisions only. There are three interfaces that I support with our eBusiness Suite. One is with the Commonwealth Accounting and Reporting System (CARS), the second is with the State Corporation Commision's revenue generating divisions where their revenue data is imported into the eBusiness Suite system and the third with the eVA system that stores the standard vendor data. I also support our Web ADI processes for uploading Postage, Travel and Division Chargeback data. I perform minor changes to existing workflows and our Discoverer reports. I am a member of the Project Team to upgrade our 11i environment to R12. Show less
