It Support Technician
- Responsible for troubleshooting and resolving a wide range of Level 2 IT problems around Apple's Ecosystem of products and Microsoft's 365 software suite over the phone or onsite.
- Performed software updates, server maintenance, backup monitoring and setup of new Mac, Windows, Synology or Ubiquiti products
- Communicate effectively with clients that are technical or non-technical while being able to understand their issues and explain solutions in a clear and concise way
- Able to prioritize workloads using company ticketing system and making sure work is done in a timely matter
