As a junior neuroscience student at Washington and Lee University, I value both academic and holistic involvement. I have experience in cancer and circadian rhythm research in Dr. Randy Nelson's lab at West Virginia University, and during the academic year I perform stress and physiology research in Dr. Ryan Brindle's lab at W&L. In addition, I am pursuing a minor in Archaeology, which brings a new perspective to my health-focused classes and research. Since January of 2023, I have held a position as the student assistant for the Mudd Center for Ethics, where I engage in publicity work. On campus, I am honored to act as the Vice President for SAIL, a member of the Lindsey Wellness Committee, and the Social Chair of the Brain Exercise Initiative. I also serve my community through volunteer work. This fall, I am excited to report that I am studying at the University of St. Andrews in the United Kingdom.
